STORM figure with POWER GLOW action from the X-MEN figure range released by TOYBIZ . This is the SILVER COSTUME Variant from 1993. 
These figures stand at  approximately 5" and feature multiple points of articulation and is packaged in a 4-color blister and comes with an X-Men trading card.
This item including packaging is in excellent condition.
